Our client is a food manufacturer/distributor looking for a Benefits & Compensation Coordinator. Recent graduates with some HR experience will be considered..

Description :
? Provide employees with benefit information such as eligibility, coverage, etc
? Coordinate information between vendors and employees?assist employees resolve conflicts with vendors
? Administer FMLA, STD, LOA
? Coordinate annual benefits enrollment
? Administer benefit deductions to biweekly payroll
? Assist with employee review process and bonus program
? Reports to Compensation Manager
? Annual salary is $40,000-$42,000


Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years experience
? Associates degree required
? Strong computer skills to include Word & Excel
? Previous experience with ADP highly preferred
