Our client, a manufacturer located in Des Plaines, is looking to fill an HR Generalist position. The salary for this position is up to $60,000.

Description :
? Administer the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing applicants
? Administer compensation procedures
? Write job descriptions
? Develop and implement training programs for new staff
? Assist with labor contract negotiations
? Utilize various reports to track HR effectiveness
? Ensure compliance with all related government policies and regulations
? Employee relations

Requirements:
? Minimum of 3 years solid HR Generalist experience
? Bachelor?s degree required
? PHR certification and graduate degree preferred
? Union and manufacturing industry experience preferred
? Computer Skills: MS Office
