Our client, in the consumer packaged goods industry, is looking for an HR Manager for one of their plant locations 45 minutes north of Mansfield, OH (1.5 hours West of Cleveland & 2 hours North of Columbus). This position offers relocation!!! Annual salary is $85-110k plus 15% bonus

Description:
? Employee development
? Partner with Plant Manager to enhance the efficiency of operations
? Facilitate HR initiatives
? Oversee all HR functions: employee relations, recruitment, training & development, safety, compensation, benefits, and performance management
? Reports to Plant Manager of plant with 550+ non-union employees
? Relocation offered!!
? Will supervise others in HR to include others in management
? Growth potential within company

Requirements:
? Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience to include supervisory experience
? Bachelor?s degree required, Master?s degree preferred
? Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing knowledge
? HRIS experience
? Union experience helpful but not required
