Description:Job Title HR SpecialistCategory Office Positions Available Site Cooperstown Status FT Shift Days Description Full time, days Responsibilities: Assists in the review, testing and implementation of the Lawson HRIS system upgrades or patches. Assists in the review, testing and implementation of the Learning Management system upgrades or patches. Serves as system administrator for Halogen performance management. Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Works with Director of Compensation and Benefits on a variety of projects including compensation program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation. Supports management in administration of the compensation plans and provides support to management on compensation data collection, practices and legal issues. Supports the maintenance of HR related Intranet sites. Maintains position control database and audit trail of changes to position control. Minimum Qualifications Requirements: Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred 1-2 years of project management experience helpful Systems implementation experience desired 2-5 years experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs desired. Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures. Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools. Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
