Description:Company Introduction Casanova Pendrill, one of the top five Hispanic advertising agencies in the country, is looking for the right individual to fill the Human Resources Manager role. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Position: Human Resources Manager Job Description: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions of the human resources department and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.Formulates or improves policies and procedures for recruitment, testing, placement orientation and benefits. Employee relations, employee counseling and conducting investigations to resolve issues in the workplace. Communicates with all department managers to clarify recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process. Helps develop specifics of new employee orientation Seeks information from employees regarding issues and problems Proposes solutions to staff issues or problems. Coordinates all aspects of the performance appraisal process Develops Human Resources policies, ensures all policy manuals are current and assists others with proper application policies Maintains applicable Human Resources records, files and resources Acts as a resource to Agency staff by troubleshooting payroll issues Process payroll Process new hire and termination of employees Assists employees with benefit enrollment Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in related field 5-10 years of human resources experience Advertising/Media/Marketing/ Entertainment Industry experience is a plus Salary commensurate with experience Company Benefits: Medical/dental/life/LTD/FS'S/matching 401Kplan, PTO of up to 18 days per year, one week off during the Christmas holiday, and 8 annual holidays.
