Description:Zedi is recruiting a PAYROLL & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR, for its Calgary office. As a key member of the Human Resources department, the ideal candidate will be skilled in Payroll & Benefits Administration and comfortable in dealing with 150+ employee environment.This role will be responsible for: • Payroll - Prepare, input, audit and correct all payroll information for salaried and hourly employees and all other duties relevant to payroll • HR and Benefits Administration - setting up new employees, communication with employees, maintaining files and preparing monthly billings and payroll deductions / contributions for employees, update personnel records and assist employees with forms and procedures • Process employment applications and resumes • Maintain personnel files, including creating files for new employees • Perform routine accounting duties up to and including support for credit and collection functions Qualifications: • 1-2 years experience with payroll processes and automated systems • Strong mathematical and computer skills • Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization • Strong interpersonal skills • The ability to work under strict deadlines with accuracy • Strong team player, capable of performing in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment • Able to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy and good judgment
