Our client, a publicly held distribution organization is looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisory to join their team in Chicago’s NW suburbs.

Description :
• Supervise 7 others in payroll
• Oversee payroll for 1000, multi-state, union and non-union employees
• Weekly payroll reconciliations, time and attendance (currently Kronos) and resolution of employee issues
• Interface with Executives and the legal department

Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree greatly preferred
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a payroll position
• ERP payroll system experience; Peoplesoft and/or SAP experience preferred
• Union payroll experience required
