GE Human Resource professionals play a vital role in helping to build the Company's multi-national business and serving as a strategic business partner for their clients.

This position:

* Serves as a Strategic Business Partner with a special emphasis on Human Resources.

* Provides leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource functions including: professional and hourly/union relations, employee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, organizational design and change, communications and community relations, recruiting and selection, & career development.

* Acts as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (or high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years human resources related experience).

* At least 3 years of client based human resource experience.

Desired

* Masters Human Resources, Masters Industrial/Labor Relations or Masters of Business.

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
