Description:The Corporate Real Estate Services(CRES) Records Retention Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of a central repository records management/retention process which is complaint with company and regulatory standards for retention and disposal.This position manages the collection, retention, transfer and distribution of records that support CRES. Records include hard and soft copy drawings, operating information, contracts and other legal documents. The Records Retention Manager develops standard operating procedures, schedules, disposal policies and procedures as well as disaster recovery policies and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive information. A master's degree in Library and Information Sciences or equivalent is required. Experience developing a records retention infrastructure is preferred. Candidates must have excellent organization and priority management skills. Strong oral and written communications along with the ability to counsel and advise senior executives within a corporate environment.
