Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a results-driven Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruiting primarily for sales positions

Description :
· Full life cycle recruitment primarily for sales positions and some IT
· Company is looking to add up to 60 sales positions by the end of 2008
· Cold calling to find candidates
· Casual work environment
· Reports to Director of Operations
· Salary $55-75k/year

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
· Some staffing industry experience is preferred
· Ability to sell company to potential candidates
· Local travel required
· Ability to step in to position and provide immediate results
