Our client located in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago is looking for a Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS. RELOCATION FROM WITHIN THE MIDWEST IS OFFERED!!!

Description :
• Provide supervision and direction to at least 10 direct and indirect team members
• Develop, implement, manage, measure and communicate all compensation, benefits and HRIS programs
• Oversee company-wide recognition programs
• Will act as company expert on programs, policies, procedures, laws and regulations relating to compensation, benefits and HRIS


Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years solid experience in a Director level or above role
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s greatly preferred
• CCP & CBS preferred
