Description :
?Perform recruiting for nationwide hourly staff
?Use online resources to source for qualified candidates
?Analyze existing recruitment structure to suggest areas of improvement
?Report recruitment statistics
?Analyze recruitment statistics to understand trends in order to improve the process and employee retention
?Develop and update testing for applicants
?Maintain applicant database
?Develop long term staffing and recruitment goals
?Update job postings

Requirements:
?Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience
?Bachelor?s Degree a plus!!
?Computer Skills: MS Office
?Recruiting in the healthcare industry a plus!!
?Ability to provide leadership in a high volume, fast paced environment
