Description :
? Perform recruiting for nationwide hourly staff
? Use online resources to source for qualified candidates
? Analyze existing recruitment structure to suggest areas of improvement
? Report recruitment statistics
? Analyze recruitment statistics to understand trends in order to improve the process and employee retention
? Develop and update testing for applicants
? Maintain applicant database
? Develop long term staffing and recruitment goals
? Update job postings

Requirements:
? Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience
? Bachelor?s Degree a plus!!
? Computer Skills: MS Office
? Recruiting in the healthcare industry a plus!!
? Ability to provide leadership in a high volume, fast paced environment
