Description:

Assist in the analysis, research, and administration of Company compensation policies and practices to ensure equitable and competitive compensation programs.

1. Participate in national and regional salary surveys and evaluate survey data to determine the company's competitive position and recommend compensation adjustments as a result of these studies. 2. Assist in the development and maintenance of Company pay structures. 3. Develop and maintain the company's Position Analysis Questionnaire and job description format. Establish and maintain appropriate job codes and grades, EEOC codes, and job class codes. 4. Work with Company managers to write job descriptions and establish appropriate job grades for all Company job titles. Conduct 12-15 month reviews of all Company job descriptions. 5. Assist in the evaluation, design, and application of base and variable pay programs. 6. Communicate and interpret compensation policies and procedures to establish and maintain understanding and application. Provide assistance to H.R. Directors and other managers with questions concerning compensation policies and practices. 7. Prepare a variety of employee information reports for senior management and departments as requested. 8. Ensure Company compensation policies and practices conform to state and federal standards and guidelines. 9. Participate in Corporate Human Resources Dept. projects and sponsored functions as directed by management. 10. Attend work on a regular basis, on time, and withstand varying degrees of stress.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred. Four or more years Human Resources experience required including two or more years compensation experience. Strong word processing and spreadsheet software skills.
