Our client in the food industry is looking for a road warrior to travel between their corporate office in Northern Illinois & 10 plant locations in Wisconsin.

Description :
? Act as the go to person for training and development
? Design training to drive desired culture
? Succession management
? Needs assessment
? Maintain relationships with outside vendors
? ROI analysis
? Maintain training curriculum and facilitation
? Training for a wide variety of needs: safety, EEO, etc.
? Travel: 25% of time spent at corporate location in Northern Illinois & 75% spent traveling between plan locations located across Wisconsin
? Reports to Director of Training & Development

Requirements:
? Minimum of 5 years training experience
? Bachelor?s degree required
? Training background to include equal emphasis on training, delivery, and organizational development
